IT and NDIS Troubleshooter
Andrew has a long history as an expert in IT and commerce and is a part of Good Prospects to ensure that some of the difficulties that we all encounter with the NDIS and IT issues can be made easier for everyone. He has a number of projects on the go for us that keep the business going and ease of operating for all. He has an incredibly practical approach which keeps us confident that we can keep on operating despite the things that are out of our control when it comes to Federal Government systems and IT troubleshooting in particular.

Ikkira Nguyen
Administration Officer
Ikkira is the main face to our reception desk at Salisbury. She is a fluent Vietnamese speaker and brings great business and efficiency skills to Good Prospects having worked in finance and book keeping for her family’s restaurant business for a number of years.

Cindy Staehr
Administration Officer
Cindy is a Riverland local and provides direct admin support to our locally based speech pathologists and psychologists as well as supporting the resource needs of all our staff across the team. She has long term experience in admin roles and retail as well as having undertaken additional training through TAFE SA. She has great interpersonal skills and supports both the practice and NDIS/Project manager in their roles supporting our clients and families.

Richard Black
Administration Officer
Richard has experience in a range of work places including being a professional musician and singer. He operates with Good Prospect in admin support and supports us with many things, including productivity, NDIS, waitlist management and front desk work.

Cassie Norton
Allied Health Assistant and Speech Pathology Student
Cassie is a second year speech pathology student at the University of Adelaide. She is also a student representative for the University of Adelaide on the SA branch of Speech Pathology Australia. She is excited to be applying her learning to working with local Speech Pathologists while supporting them and the practice.
