Director, Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
Diana is the Director and Principal Speech Pathologist of the practice with personal specialisations in school age and adolescent therapy along with her long-term pre-school paediatric speech, language and fluency work. She has over 25 years of experience working in State Education as a field speech pathologist and Senior Speech Pathologist/line manager responsible for the induction of new staff. For 10 years she was employed as a Professional Recognition Assessor with Speech Pathology Australia. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management. As a former State Branch President, she is committed to lobbying for effective and appropriate speech pathology services for all people whatever their walk in life..

Dr. Maria Kambanaros
Senior Speech Pathologist
Maria studied Speech Pathology at Flinders University of South Australia. In 2004, she received her doctoral qualifications in Speech Pathology and is also currently a Professor in the speech pathology course at UNI SA. She has worked as a clinician for 35 years. Her primary areas of expertise are in the assessment and intervention of bilingual adults and children with any of the above-mentioned conditions. She can also offer assessment and therapy services in the Greek language. She is an active researcher and has had several publications of her own, and with colleagues in the clinical areas highlighted below. Maria works out of our Prospect office on a part-time basis.

Dr. Ann Parker
Consultant Psychologist
Ann has worked as a psychologist with children and adolescents in school settings for the past 10 years. Previously she has worked in adult mental health and in the disability sector with children and adults. She is able to work with schools to assist in developing comprehensive behavioural and learning plans to support students with additional needs. Ann also works with families to address the behavioural, social, and emotional needs of their children.Ann has provided services across government and non-government sectors as well as supervision for provisional and registered psychologists and social work students.Ann is trained in brief solution-focused therapy and well as cognitive behaviour therapy. She has a keen interest in supporting people on the Autism spectrum as well as those with diverse sexuality and gender backgrounds. She is known for being a warm and caring person who is able to make others feel at ease and help them to achieve positive outcomes.
Ann is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, Australian Psychologists and Counsellors in Schools, and Learning Difficulties Australia.

Deidre Baird
Part Time Practice Manager
Deidre has a wealth of experience working in the Home Care and Aged Care Sectors including being a Health and Wellness planner coordinating service providers. Her long history of developing and creating policy in these sectors means that she has a crucial role in ensuring that Good Prospects maintains the highest of standards when it comes to compliance with organisations such as the NDIS, Medicare, SA Health and Private Health Insurance Providers. She is the face of our practice at our main Salisbury office and the person you are most likely to talk to when you first call.

Cindy Staehr
Part Time Practice Manager
Cindy is a Riverland local and provides direct admin support to our locally based speech pathologists and psychologists as well as supporting the resource needs of all our staff across the team. She has long term experience in admin roles and retail as well as having undertaken additional training through TAFE SA. She has great interpersonal skills and supports both the practice and NDIS/Project manager in their roles supporting our clients and families.
